Registration Information

Mount Prospect School District 57 participates in the National School Lunch/Illinois Free Lunch Program to support families requesting assistance in providing an adequate nutritious lunch and/or milk for their students and for families meeting the federal qualifying income level guidelines. This program is separate from the student fee waiver program and requires a separate application.

Mount Prospect School District 57 uses the free meals qualifying income level guidelines for the National School Lunch Program to determine if a student qualifies for a fee waiver. By meeting the qualifying income level guidelines and verification process pursuant to Board Policy 4:140, the following fees are waived: instructional, recorders, locks, middle school gym suit, extracurricular activities, graduation, and field trips including transportation (when an alternative curriculum is not offered).
