H1N1 Volunteer Vaccination Info

H1N1: District 57 has expressed an initial interest in being part of the H1N1 volunteer vaccination program sponsored by the Cook County Department of Public Health (CCDPH). However, at this time, the District has not yet been contacted by the CCDPH to be an administration site for the vaccine. Once the CCDPH contacts us with more information, details will be communicated to parents as quickly as possible.
