District 57 School Survey Due November 18

District 57 Needs Your Voice

Throughout its history, District 57 has earned a reputation for academic success. Our students continue to score above state averages in English language arts, math, and science. We are determined to keep this momentum going. To that end, the Board of Education and District leaders are updating our long-term plans.

A successful long-term plan must include feedback from our community. Therefore, all residents in the District 57 boundaries will receive an email or postcard with a unique survey code and a link to www.feedback2000.com to complete this survey.

This unique access code can only be used once. If you need translation support or need codes for additional adults in your household, please contact the District 57 communications team at 847-394-7300 x 1023

Survey data is returned to School Perceptions to ensure confidentiality.

We will be hosting open house sessions at the District 57 Administration Office (701 W. Gregory St.) on Monday, November 7th, and Wednesday, November 9th at 4 p.m. Please come by for any survey support.

All surveys must be completed by November 18th. Your feedback is vital to the District's development and future.
