. In addition, some community members can attend the meeting in person and make comments. . The emails will not be read during the meeting, but they will be seen by each of the Board members and District administration.
The Board has scheduled a special meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 19, at Fairview, to discuss the plan for Lincoln. This meeting will also be live-streamed, and community members can attend (with the 50-person limit in place). The Monday agenda includes time for community comments.
We are able to live-stream Thursday's meeting and future meetings because we have purchased equipment to facilitate this. We have received many requests for live streaming meetings, particularly over the last several months, and we are pleased to now be able to meet the need and demand with this technology update.
