Bring your friends and your family for the Knots of Love annual blanket-making party! Create fleece blankets for pediatric patients at Advocate Children’s Hospital-Park Ridge, honoring the inspiring kindness of Lions Park student, Lauren Graver. Tools you'll need: 2 pieces of coordinating fleece, sharp fabric scissors, a ruler, and a chaperone if you are in elementary or middle school.

Attend a clinic and get an introduction to the award-winning Marching Knights Color Guard. We will teach you how we incorporate dance and equipment work into our routines and answer any questions you might have. No experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothing. We want you to be a part of the Color Guard next year!

ECDEC Preschool Program

ECDEC is a preschool program that is funded by the Illinois State Board of Education. Students are screened and found eligible for the ECDEC program based on a variety of environmental and educational risk factors.

Guides & Princesses programs

Join the Big Waters Federation for programs focused on building and fostering strong bonds between parent and child. Unlike "drop off" programs, all activities include both parent and child. Together you will journey together to places near and far: camp deep in the woods, catch a ball game at Wrigley field, or sleep overnight at a museum. Visit bigwaters.org.
