Mount Prospect School District 57 has an intergovernmental agreement with Arlington Heights School District 25 to provide its middle school lunch program. For the 2019-20 school year, the three-tiered pricing for the middle school lunches is $3.10, $3.40, and $3.60, depending on the foods included and the portion sizes. Ala carte foods are available daily with items ranging in price from $0.30 to $2.00. Milk is included with all meals. Students who bring their own lunches may purchase milk for $0.50 per container.

At the elementary schools, students have a choice of staying at school or going home for lunch. If a student will be going home for lunch, a parent must sign the student out in the school office. Milk may be purchased on a daily or yearly basis.
